How we handle your photos, details and cookies

Event photos are private customer content. Galleries are private by default, are shared only with the customer who booked the event, and are never used in our public portfolio unless the customer has authorised it.
Share links you create are random, can be protected with a PIN, expire on the date you choose, and can be revoked at any time. Downloads use short-lived links that stop working after a few minutes.
Booking requests collect only the details needed to plan your event: event type, date, times, venue, guest estimate, your name, email and phone, package choice and any special requests.
Messages sent through the contact form are stored so we can reply, and are visible to our staff in the admin area. We keep the sending network address for a short period for abuse review only; it is not shown in day-to-day use.

Cookies
We use three categories. Essential cookies are always on — the site cannot sign you in or protect its forms without them. Analytics and Marketing are optional and default to off.
Nothing optional is loaded today. This site currently runs no analytics and no advertising or marketing trackers of any kind. The optional switches exist so that if we ever add one, it stays off until you turn it on — no script is fetched before you consent.

How long we keep things
- Sign-in sessions expire on the schedule in the table above, and are deleted from our database shortly after they expire or are revoked.
- Your cookie choice is kept for 6 months, then we ask again.
- Security and audit records of sensitive actions (sign-ins, permission changes) are retained so we can investigate misuse.
- Contact messages and booking requests are kept while they are relevant to your enquiry or event.
Changing or withdrawing your consent
Open the preferences panel at any time and change the optional switches — your choice is saved immediately and applies from that moment. You can also clear this site's cookies in your browser, which resets everything and makes the banner appear again on your next visit. Turning an optional category off does not affect essential cookies, which cannot be declined while you use the site.
